If your torch ever breaks, we'll replace it. Nuff said. However, we only service warranties for Custom Torches brand of torches. If your torch does not have the Custom Torches logo on the top of it, it is not our torch. If you send us another company's torch, it will not be repaired, nor will you receive it back. We only service the warranties for our line of torches purchased from our website, or our authorized retailers.
Every Custom Torch includes a Lifetime Warranty on the mechanical function of the torch. This warranty covers failure on mechanical parts only, under normal use, and excludes damages resulting from misuse, tampering and abuse of the torch.
**This warranty does not apply to any outer case finish on the torch or any artwork adhered to the torch. The warranty only covers the duration of the lifetime of the original product purchased, and NOT subsequent replacements. You may not receive the same color or design on your replacement torch, if the original design or color that you sent in is no longer available. Warranty service is only available in the United States of America.
If you have a torch in need of repair, please mail it into us. Include a note with your name, email address, phone number, torch size, preferred color, and preferred design. If you fail to include any of that identifying information, your torch may not be returned to you. Please make sure the torch is empty of all butane gas, and place it with your note inside of a small USPS flat rate box, or a small shipping package of your choice. Once we receive your torch, we will make our best attempt to repair it or replace it, within 7 business days and then mail it back to you. Failure to include all the information requested on the note may result in the delay of the return of your torch.
If you choose to ship your torch back in a small USPS flat rate box, USPS will automatically include $50 of insurance and tracking on your package. You do not necessarily need to insure it, but we are not responsible for the torch until it is returned to us. You must mail your torch back via United States Postal Service or we will not receive it.
